Gong Training – Porabka

The power of the Gong has universal implications because it symbolizes and releases the omnipresent cosmic force of the universe. We call it AUM or OM, which is the sound of creation. The absolute fullness of the OM sound of the Gong creates absolute internal silence. When the sound of the Gong slowly fills the space, it creates timelessness and the alchemy of the sound creates dematerialisation. Through the sound of the Gong we are able to release our attachment to the our physical body and are no longer limited by the 3 dimensional material world
The sound reproduction which is initiated by the Gong rejuvenates. At this point we reach the state of bliss which gives us the feeling of lightness and levitation. Through the experience of the Gong the alchemy of the sound releases old cellular memory and realigns us with our true Soul purpose.
The sound of the Gong takes us in to such a deep meditative state that our body begins its cell rejuvenation and reprogramming of DNA. The same state we reach when we are in deep relaxed sleep which is the time when our body heals itself.
The Gong leads us to our own internal space and fills us like the song lyrics ” I am a drop, make me ocean”, this calling to expansion is telling us that even though we have a Soul and we are the Soul, we are here to discover its full potential.
The Gong and the Human being are both live instruments which release the cosmic force (Holistic Resonance). The Gong is the transpersonal teacher (non human) who delivers the sentient pressure waves which come from the pure tones and resonance, that gives us the taste of the nectar of bliss.

The ancient mystics believed that through the sound of the Gong people share universal life force. Gong Therapy is a method of bringing back balance and peace in the midst of the storm of life. A Gong Bath is a one hour concert with the sound of the Gong. The Individual session goes to the personal need of each participant.

In the present time concerts with the Gong and other archaic instruments are becoming very popular all over the world. The sound shows us new possibilities each day and the effect on the human which in ancient times was very important. Thousands of people who have taken part in Gong Baths all agree that this is the most effortless way of cleansing negative emotions, supporting daily needs through a form of entertainment where each participant experiences their own internal movie to the soundtrack we play. At the end of the session people generally feel relaxed and in a neutral space, which is non judgmental and of love, compassion and understanding towards ourselves and our environment. Those who experience the resonance of the Gong feel a unity which inspires them to live in a stronger bond with family and society both on an individual and universal level. The purpose of this workshop is to encourage personal growth and as a result enrich and enhance the life of each participant.

Tom Soltron Czartoryski – Poland
Has worked with the Gongs for the last 10 years sharing the great possibilities of the Gong in every continent. Has dedicated his life to Sacred Tone Improvisation in constant travel, meeting many musicians from every corner of the globe. Lead hundreds of workshops, seminars and concerts in places such as China, Australia, India, New Zeland, USA, Argentina, Uruguay, Arab Emirate. His centre in Porabka, Poland was opened as the first Gong and Improvisation Centre with Peace Bell Stone Garden in Europe. Since it first opened in 2010, over 300 adepts of sound from all over the world have visited. To discover your inner sound is easy, but to follow it is a daily practice of letting go. As a Musician, Teacher, Father and Partner, Tom has dedicated his life to Sacred Tone Improvisation, helping and inspiring people from around the world to find the way to their heart.
Abby Delsol – Argentina
Grew up in a holistic family dealing with complimentary therapies in the alternative town of El Bolson in the Argentine Andes. Since 2000 using drum rattles and singing began her work with Shamanic techniques helping people connect with their hearts and needs. Precursor since 2003 playing the Gong in Great Britain and Argentina, began her travel with archaic sounds and singing as a tool to get in touch with your intuition, self awareness and self confidence in the great improvisation of life.
Workshop will take place on the 31st March and 1st April in Porabka, Ul Lakowa 6, both days from 10:00 to 17:00.
